This section will deal with out-of-network shows acquired by G4. We are not including as much information about these shows because they are not directly made by G4 nor are they related to G4 production and are often times just filler and non-video game related. We have included for you a quick rundown of them and their impact on the network.
Note: This page will be peridically updated as G4 is known to rearrange and add/drop shows on a frequent basis. Also, in addition to listed air times, many of these shows are aired outside of their premiere time slots.

Arrested Development LogoArrested Development - Airs sporadically (primarily weekends)

An Emmy-award winning cult comedy from FOX that centers around Micheal Bluth, the son of wealthy real-estates man George Bluth, who's been thrown in jail for treason. Micheal tries to keep the family company alive while dealing with his wacky, self-centered family and raising his 13 year-old son. AD ran for three seasons on FOX before coming G4 and won numerous Emmy's and the TV Land "Future Classic" award. A movie for the series has been discussed but not yet confirmed.

Bill Nye the Science Guy meets Jackass in Brainiac, the show that makes science TOTALLY NEATO!
Brainiac is a show from the UK that solves the tough science questions and answers the public's questions. They do dangerous stuff that most would not even attempt to do and even figure out new ways to solve problems.

-Brainiac airs weekdays at 9am ET/PT; New episodes being produced in the UK; New episodes now air Mondays at Midnight (12am) as a part of Midnight Spank

Richard Hammond

Richard Hammond was born on December 19, 1969, he first worked for Radio York and Radio Cumbria. He then went to work on Top Gear which he is famous for. He attended Harrogate College of Art and Technology in 1987 and graduated in 1989, He currently works on Brainiac: Science Abuse. In September of 2006, Hammond was involved in a car wreck and suffered brain injuries while filming an episode of "Top Gear." He is recovering but it is not known if he'll return to Brainiac. In the meantime, the fifth season will be hosted by Vic Reeves.

History

Brainiac started out as a Mythbusters style show with an emphasis for science. Over the years the show adapted a will for more ways to improve and increased it's audience size greatly. The show was brought to the US in 2005 and aired the on various night blocks on G4 until it was moved to early mornings in 2006/2007. While season 5 is being produced the UK, it's not known if G4 will air it.

Cheaters LogoCheaters - Airs as a part of Midnight Spank at 12am Mondays (Tuesday Morning)

Not to be confused with the G4 original program, "Cheat!," Cheaters allows couples to spy on each other and follows their counterpart in hopes of catching them in the act with another lover. Arguements, fights and ruined lives ensue.

COPS LogoCOPS/ COPS 2.0 - Airs weeknights at 6 & 10pm ET/PT

Joining FOX, FX and Court TV, G4 airs reruns of the "original reality show" which follows on-duty police officers on patrol.

Ninja Warrior's LogoNinja Warrior - Airs as a part of Midnight Spank at 12am

An obstacle challenge show where fighters, wrestlers and Olympic athletes compete to beat all four levels of an extremely hard course.

Star Trek LogoStar Trek - Airs Saturdays at 4pm ET/PT

The original sci-fi epic that spawned 10 movies and 6 television series. G4 exclusive "Trek 2.0" allows interactive elements such as trivia, Spock market, chat and more.

Star Trek TNG LogoStar Trek: The Next Generation - Airs weeknights at 9pm ET/PT

After decades, Trek returned with TNG, which ran for 7 seasons and 4 motion pictures. TNG 2.0 released in January 2007 brings interactive elements such as trivia, Spock market, chat and more to the TNG series.

JKX LogoThe Jamie Kennedy Experiment - Airs weekdays at 2pm ET/PT

From the now-dead WB network, JKX is a hidden camera show where strangers are tricked into strange situations, not realizing they are on TV. Reruns only. Originally airing at 6pm ET/PT, the show was moved to a single half hour in January 2007, to 2pm ET/PT

The Man Show LogoThe Man Show - Airs weeknights at 1am ET/PT

The original "WTF is this doing on G4" show, also the longest running. From Comedy Central, The Man Show is all about men, what they want, what they love. Raunchy and pulls no punches, The Man Show ran for two years under the helm of Adam and Jimmy, reruns only.
